- Identify the customer’s natural level. -  Determine the desired level. -  Determine the natural series shade to use. - Choose the appropriate pure tone. Note that the client’s natural remaining pigment will impact the final result. Mix cream color in a 1:1 ration with Aveda Catalyst developer. Process for 35 to 45 minutes.
